LOST ACCESS / FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you have an account with Microbabe.com,
the following are reasons why you might not be able to get
access.
- Forgotten
Password: Are you
sure that your username and password are correct? Email us
to find out what it is! Make sure you include your name
and the email address you used when you signed up.
- Wrong
Case: You must enter
your username and password the exact same way each time.
If you capitalized some letters when you signed-up, you
must always capitalize them.
- Account
Cancellation: You
might have sent in a cancellation request some time ago
and forgotten about it. If you have disputed any charge
from Microbabe.com, your account would have been permanently
closed immediately. For more information about billing
procedures, consult our billing and cancellation policy.
- Fraud: We
employ a program which watches out for multiple users on
the same username and password. If you've found a way to
trip our security program, then we've turned off your codes
until you contact
us.
- Declined
Card: If your credit card was declined
upon renewal, we closed your account. You may need to
try a different card.

CANCELLATION
- To
cancel your account, Please follow this
link or email our
support department with
your full name and your username and password. Your cancellation
request will be processed within 24 hours. Your account stays
open and active until the end of your last billing period.

BILLING
INFORMATION and BILLING POLICY FAQ's:
- How
much am I billed and how often?
If you purchase a 30 day recurring
membership, you will be billed $19.00 and you will
be rebilled each 30 days thereafter until you cancel you
membership.
If you purchase a 60 day non-recurring membership, you will be
charged a one time membership fee of $34.00. Your membership
will automatically expire
after 60 days and you will not be rebilled.
- How
will my membership be reflected on my credit card
statement?
Your credit
card statement will read "CCBILL
Ltd.".
- How
long does my account last after I cancel?
Your
account lasts until the end of the
month that you last paid for.
So, if you are billed on the
1st and you cancel on
the 20th, you will still have access
to the MEMBER'S AREA until
the 1st of the next month!
Members must cancel recurring
memberships 24 hours before the
subscription expires,
otherwise, the membership will be
renewed automatically every 30 days
unless noted
differently. It is the responsibility of
the member to cancel on time.
- Non-recurring
membership will
last for 2 months and will cancel automatically.
You will not be rebilled.
- I
joined up but I don't want my wife/girlfriend to kill
me. Will I be on a mailing list?
No! We respect
your privacy. You
will receive one confirmation letter
of your membership
and if you have non-recurring
billing you will receive an e-mail
informing
you that your membership
is about to expire. You will not
be contacted
again unless you are
corresponding with us regarding
your membership.
We may also need to
contact you if your login information
is compromised.
- To
dispute a billing:
Do you feel you have been
charged in error? Were you billed
twice in the same month? E-mail support for help!
- How
do I renew my membership when it expires?
Just return
to the to the join
page in the guest area.

you are asked to provide your name,
address, e-mail, username and password, credit card
number and expiration date, and birth date. When
users request pages from
our server, our Web server automatically collects

information regarding your use of our site. If you
choose to post messages on a bulletin board on our
site, we will maintain,
on the bulletin board only, the information about
you that you choose to disclose. If you send us
personal correspondence,
such as emails or letters, we may collect such information
into a file specific to you. We will maintain a
record or notes of
communications with you regarding your account.

sees my information?
We
do not, and will not, distribute, rent, or sell any personally
identifiable information to third parties
without your express consent, other than as necessary to process

use your information solely for the purpose of
processing your credit card payment, to facilitate your
viewing of our web site, and to communicate with you. You
will not receive any unsolicited e-mail from Microbabe.com
unless
there is a problem with your account. You can indicate at
any time that you do not wish to receive e-mail from us.
We do not
provide your e-mail to third parties.

secure is my information?
All
Payment methods are safe and discreet. CCBill is
a designated payment processor for Microbabe.com. Microbabe.com
recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy. If

of this web site, or your dealings with Microbabe.com, please

- NOTE: Persons
under the age of 18 are prohibited from viewing this web site,
and Microbabe.com does not collect any personal information
